Swing Sweater to Knit

Quick and easy, this sweater is wider at the hem for unrestricted movement–a timeless wardrobe staple. It is worked in one piece with shoulder seams. Sleeves are knitted from shoulder to cuff. There is a 6-stitch panel down the top of the sleeve that reduces the width of the sleeve.

Short rows at the top of the sleeve make it more fitted over the shoulder; short rows are also used around the front neck for a smooth transition to the roll neck. It is the short rows that make this an intermediate pattern.
