Ecological Top Tank

This is a summer top tank with an uncommon, asymmetriccontruction. The pattern starts by working the right shoulder, down to theunderarm. The body is worked seamlessly in one piece fromthe top down, then the left shoulder and the cowl are pickedup and shaped with short rows from the bottom up. The pattern features relaxing stocking stitch with tiny lacedetails on the sides and almost no finishing! Knit it at a loose gauge with an inelastic yarn as cotton, linenor silk for a drapey look!

Sizes XS [S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL]

Finished chest circumference 28 [32, 35, 41, 44,47, 52, 56] inches/72.5 [81.5, 91, 104, 113.5, 121.5, 133,143] cm. The top is intended to be worn with zero to 2 inches/5 cm ofnegative ease at the chest. Sample shown in size S with no ease.

Yarn: approx: 500 [610, 730, 880, 1020, 1150, 1330, 1500]yards/460 [560, 670, 805, 935, 1055, 1220, 1370] meters ofsportweight yarn.
