Baby Waves Ripple Blanket – US Terminology

The Baby Waves Ripple Blanket is a large baby blanket using ripples throughout the body for a lovely defined texture and waves of different reef-inspired colours running through it. The border is made up of 3 rounds using basic crochet stitches, giving it a simple, crisp edging. Ive used Yarnsmiths Pebble Haze Aran for the beautiful range of colours and tones and the soft cloud-like texture. The finished blanket is 35 x 37 – You can change the size of your blanket quite easily by adding or removing ripples to alter the width and adding/removing rows to alter the height.
