Artichoke shawl

This is a crescent shaped shawl knitted top down. For this shawl I recommend yarn of 600 1000 meters / 660 1100 yards in 100 gram. Gauge is not important but will determine the final size of the shawl and the amount of yarn needed. Needles: circular needles US1 US6 (2.5 4 mm); 40 (100cm) or longer. Crochet hook 1.5 mm to cast on and to bind off.
